If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ptn77 immediately via our live chat support or by email at [email protected]. ptn77 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account upon notification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the ptn77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ptn77 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of betting opportunity.
ptn77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, regardless of the nature or basis of the claim.
ptn77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. While we take reasonable technical precautions, we accept no liability for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment system outages.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ptn77 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through ptn77's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body in the applicable jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in cases involving urgent or irreparable harm.
